Nora began doing concept and key art for film shortly after starting to do movie posters. Primarily focusing on 2D concepts, Nora has worked on a number of personal and independent film projects as a key artist designing set concepts, background and character designs as well as props design

BROKEN PLANET

These are the currently completed designs for the characters, backgrounds and locations featured in our upcoming animated short, Broken Planet. In total there will be just under 30 original backgrounds designed and drawn by Nora to be composited in behind the animated character rigs.

ELEUSIS

RELEASE DATE: 2021

Eleusis is a Russian language horror short directed by Andzej Gavriss. I had the opportunity of designing several sets which were then either built or dressed for the film, by production designer Julija Friscone-Gavriss. (vimeo)

Synopsis: A Musician in the deep state of a creative crisis is signed to a rehab program at the highly protected, isolated sanatorium that promises a lifetime warranty for endless inspiration. A bourgeois setting with welcoming stuff slowly creeps into a violent cult that tortures artists in the name of inspiration. The musician's greatest hit becomes his darkest nightmare.
